The staff at budget RV rentals were great very attentive to our needs and were always a phone call away to answer any questions. The registration process for the vehicle was very easy. Pick up was very easy drop off was just as easy. We have never rented nor been in a RV before so as nervous as we were to go about this process, budget RV was wonderful to reassure us on how to use the RV and how to get the most out of the RV.
